• The cancellation request will not be accepted after the deal went live successfully (Minimun number of purchases required is achieved).

• We believe in providing you with best deal and know that our customers would ideally not want to cancel any deal bought on our website. But however, if you are required to do so before the deal went live, the cancellation request will be entertained only with acceptable reasons. There will however be a deduction of processing fee and other charges as applicable. • Urban Technology Ventures have no control and thus no liability against any loss or complaints regarding products or services obtained at retailer’s place. However, we look for feedbacks – good or bad – and will pass it on to the concerned vendor.
